Born to professional vocalists, Tom Lohrmann has been around music his entire life.

Both traditional choral performances and loud rehearsals with spastic neighborhood garage bands filled the childhood of Tom and his brother, Arthur, who began writing original music in their late teens as Sonic Nights. Beginning in 2011, Tom’s work with several digital marketing & PR agencies led to the creation of his music blog, where he interviewed hundreds of bands, artists, songwriters, and music industry professionals through local festivals and industry events like Vans Warped Tour & The NAMM Show.

After playing the Washington D.C. metro area festival, club and hotel scene for several years, Tom moved to Nashville, TN in 2014. While completing his business degree, he began performing around the country with Nashville-based up-and-coming artists & songwriters in addition to working in independent studios and collaborating with local producers.

Tom has since been featured in music videos on CMT in addition to performing on NBC’s TODAY with Warner Music recording artist Tegan Marie and at festivals like CMA Fest, Stagecoach, Tailgate N’ Tallboys, Country Thunder, Windy City Smokeout, Summerfest, Faster Horses, and Country Jam, backing artists like Riley Green, Cooper Alan, Alexandra Kay, Thomas Mac, and Maggie Baugh, among others.

Only focusing on his musical achievements would not be entirely fair, as beyond music Tom has built a parallel path as a creative strategist, advising small businesses, independent artists, and startups on branding, marketing, and e-commerce decisions. Over the last decade, he has helped manage and grow both his own brand and others through work with several boutique agencies, many of which he built or co-founded, creating partnerships with global names like Chipotle, Yamaha, Shure, Fender, Schecter, Line 6, and Ampeg.
